Gwendolyn Cody-Davis

Gwendolyn Cody-Davis, affectionately known as Cody, is married to her high school sweetheart, Randy M. Davis. She is an accomplished author, content creator, and transformation coach, dedicated to guiding others in their personal and spiritual growth. A proud alumna of Averett University, Cody holds both a BBA and MBA. Her life's work has been centered on ministry, leadership, and a deep commitment to purpose-driven living.
Cody is a licensed and ordained Elder at Blessed Hope Community Church in Prince George, Virginia, where she serves under the esteemed leadership of Bishop C.E. and Lady Amelia J. Wiley.
After more than 30 years in civil service — including assignments in Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) Belgium (two tours), Washington, D.C., Naples Italy, Richmond, and Fort Belvoir, Virginia — Cody now dedicates her life to encouraging God’s people through books, coaching, and bold leadership.
Cody is an active member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Delta Gamma Chapter, where she serves as the Recording Secretary of this groundbreaking African American Greek-lettered business sorority. She takes pride in continuing a legacy of women committed to service, community empowerment and education.
She is the author of four inspiring and empowering books, including Love Letters from the MuM, MuM’s Petals: A Journal for Your Journey, Finishing Strong: Strategies for Baby Boomers to Transform Dreams into Realities, and Sisters Finishing Strong Workbook (SFS). Cody is also honored to have co-authored How to Bounce Back from Life’s Setbacks alongside four other remarkable writers.
Cody is the founder and lead coach of Sisters Finishing Strong, a transformational coaching program launched in June 2024, designed to equip faith-driven women with Kingdom confidence, clarity, and courage to walk boldly in purpose.
Cody shines as a guiding light for countless individuals, especially women eager to embrace their divine purpose with confidence and clarity.  When she is not writing, speaking, or creating content, Cody enjoys traveling, connecting with others, and spending time with her beloved family. She is the proud mother of two sons, Ryan and Reagan, a loving grandmother to three grand kings — Amir, Nolan, and Noah — and a cherished mother-in-love to Kiandra and Jessica.

Mission Statement

At NOMOLAC, LLC and through Sisters Finishing Strong Coaching, our mission is to empower Kingdom-driven women also known as my Queen Warriors, to rise with confidence, lead with purpose, and finish strong. Through faith-based coaching, transformational books, and a supportive sisterhood, we equip women to break barriers, embrace their divine calling, and walk boldly in their God-given assignment.

My Why

My greatest joy comes from loving and encouraging Warrior Kings and Queens. I believe we’re all called to walk in purpose and I find fulfillment inspiring others to rise, heal, and thrive as they go.
